It used to work:
# inxi -S
System:
  Host: gb970 Kernel: 4.4.14-200.fc22.x86_64 arch: x86_64 bits: 64
Console: pty pts/4 Distro: Fedora 22 (Twenty Two)
# ps -A | grep Xorg
  745 tty7 00:00:01 Xorg
 1165 tty4 00:00:00 Xorg
#
# inxi -S
System:
  Host: g5eas Kernel: 4.12.14-200.fc25.x86_64 arch: x86_64 bits: 64
Console: pty pts/4 Distro: Fedora 25 (Twenty Five)
# ps -A | grep Xorg
  864 tty7 00:00:06 Xorg
 1275 tty6 00:00:07 Xorg
#
# inxi -S
System:
  Host: gx27b Kernel: 5.0.16-100.fc28.i686 arch: i686 bits: 32
Console: pty pts/4 Distro: Fedora 28 (Twenty Eight)
# ps -A | grep Xorg
  765 tty7 00:00:10 Xorg
 1163 tty4 00:00:06 Xorg
#
# inxi -S
System:
  Host: gx27b Kernel: 5.3.6-100.fc29.i686 arch: i686 bits: 32
Console: pty pts/4 Distro: Fedora 29 (Twenty Nine)
# ps -A | grep Xorg
  850 tty7 00:00:09 Xorg
 1247 tty5 00:00:08 Xorg
#
I tried with F30 & F32 and get same failure as with F41.
