I have to be a bit politic. I have found a replacement
software for him, and he is definitely interest, but he
has to have a bit of pain before he does anything. He
keeps saying if the systems goes down, he'll just sell
the business and retire.
Sounds like an older fellow; in which case, fair enough. The older
generations among us are very set in their ways...
