Windows VirtIO Drivers (https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Windows_VirtIO_Drivers) + Virtiofs (https://virtio-fs.gitlab.io/) I followed the instructions outlined in this video: https://youtu.be/UCy25VFMJCE?list=LL However, I am now wondering: Would Samba be a more efficient solution?
