They appear to only allow this one file at a time which is not really efficient 
(unless there is a script one can write to do this).

Though I would prefer a commandline setup for greater control, I can try this. 
However, I have never installed either from flatpak or snap: which one is 
preferred? I have to rather embarrassingly say I do not quite know the 
difference.
