Looking at the results of a DNF search, these look like good potential matches: mate-common.noarch mate-desktop.x86_64 mate-desktop-libs.x86_64 Or you could open it against https://github.com/mate-desktop/mate-terminal/issues and hope it's routed appropriately. Also, don't forget if this is a common problem, you may not be alone, so it's worth looking at wherever MATE track bugs upstream in case it's already reported. https://ubuntu-mate.community/t/in-mate-1-28-2-terminal-restarts-with-wrong-window-size/28515 sounds similar to your observed issue.
