This is by no means an issue.
The program you use to display the man page, let's assume man,
formats the man page source code, using the groff program in turn.
Part of the formatting is making intervals between the words on a line
more or less equal
by adding/removing blanks where deemed appropriate.

(The same is done by TeX/LaTeX when processing the .tex files.)

But why is it doing only for my text and nothing else in the file, and why only in the first 3 or 4 words in a line and not the rest? Could there be an issue that the lines I've typed in are longer than the other lines in the file?
