Again, hibernation requires a physical (i.e. hard disk) swap area, which can be in addition to the default zram. Hibernation doesn't work out of the box. You have to set it up either as a partition or as simply a swap file. In the latter case, if your filesystem is ext4, this is fairly simple (Google it).
