I tried that site in my version of firefox (134.0a1) and it doesn't
appear to render properly in that version either, nor does it appear to
render properly in Chrome, so I would assume the web site is not written
to W3C standards and is using facilities that are only supported/
available in whatever browser it was specifically written for, but more
experienced people may have other ideas.
We have similar issues with internal apps where I work where the apps
won't work properly in Edge so we have to use Chrome for them.
