I would try erasing *just* the cache. But, first, try a forced reload. It should re-fetch the page, rather than just refresh the display. Instead of just clicking on the reload icon, try shift-clicking it. Or ctrl+click, or alt+click (it's going to depend on your browser). If you're using the keyboard, it may be shift+ctrl+r. The cache is the local copy of the pages, occasionally something goes haywire on your side, or theirs, and you get stuck with a page that isn't right. You don't need to keep your cached files, they'll be fetched again. For what it's worth, caching only helps with unchanged files.
