Both that message and your previous one *do* have a text/plain section
(I assume TBird can show you the raw message, but if not then the Gmail
web interface can show it if you select "Show Original"), so maybe
whatever it was is now fixed.
When I sent the previous mail I manual selected "both html and plain text" instead of "automatic" in Thunderbird within that specific message, as I have in this one.
