It's possible, but I wouldn't have thought so. The signing keys for Windows, Fedora and Ubuntu are not disappearing from the Bios table, mokutil says the key is still enrolled, it is just disappearing from the driver. I have rebuilt the 6.10.12 kernel driver which put the keys back and the 6.11.3 kernel driver has been built with the signing key. So far they are being retained as at the moment I can still boot from the 6.11.3 driver.
