If you start with the this one https://www.man7.org/linux/man-pages/man1/systemd.1.html and then follow the links from the SEE ALSO section to find out are service and timer units. And there is also the https://systemd.io/ site with more info. You can also read the systemd unit files that are installed on your system to see how practical services are writen.
