Currently I am hesitating to do chroot

The point is the following
running 
grub2-mkconfig 
I get 
Found Fedora Linux 38 (Thirty Eight) on /dev/sdc4

but
efibootmgr
does not the distribution
and
grub2 does not show it
In addition at boot EFI does not offer me the option to boot to this sdc4
partition
