This is the correct answer. “Castor” is your systems host name. Some home router/gateways will remember the hostname a system used as part of their network, and when handing out the same IP to a new host, re-uses the saved hostname. I’ve never encountered one of these devices, but I’ve heard of windows systems and even phones can do this.
