I've tried multiple tests.. gotten a few of the DO cust srvc techs involved, apparently escalated the issue up the chain. I've only gotten this thing to work once! It should be trivial. frustrating to put it mildly! If you can't accurately/reliably clone/duplicate a droplet, then the whole idea of cloud instances that you can manage/trac is sort of out the window!
