I had forgotten the name of it, but I'm also surprised it wasn't installed when I installed fedora38. I also had to install "GNOME Desktop Environment" after the install because whichever option was chosen by default did not include that, ugh. I believe I'm now using Cinnamon on GNOME. Thanks, Alex
