I'm sure it hasn't always been this way. I'm using kde desktop. After I login, 1st thing I usually do is start chrome. But recently when I do this, chrome window doesn't appear for a long time. Eventually, a dialog box pops up asking me to unlock my wallet, or something like that. As soon as I close this dialog chrome window opens. So something is causing chrome to wait for wallet to open, and for some reason this doesn't happen for about 30 sec or so.
