Maybe, can you confirm that it was not the case in f36?

I understand that I can manually suspend the machine (and wake it up by ESC). 
This is not the point.
I understand that I can automatically suspend (pause the computer after a period
of inactivity). Then, how can I wake the computer on? Mouse/dialing on the 
keyword?
