The backend used for signature verification in rpm was changed in Fedora 38. The new backend is more rigorous in its checking of key validity. You should update the key use for the virt-preview copr. They have extended the expiration date for the key. The simplest method is to remove the key and then reinstall it from the upstream source listed in the repo file. -- Todd
