Hello,

I've had the following problem for a few days:

 Problem 1: package telegram-desktop-4.8.1-2.fc38.x86_64 from @System requires
qt6-qtbase(x86-64) = 6.5.0, but none of the providers can be installed
  - cannot install both qt6-qtbase-6.5.1-1.fc38.x86_64 from updates and
qt6-qtbase-6.5.0-2.fc38.x86_64 from @System
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package
telegram-desktop-4.8.1-2.fc38.x86_64
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package
qt6-qtbase-6.5.0-2.fc38.x86_64
Problem 2: problem with installed package telegram-desktop-4.8.1-2.fc38.x86_64
  - package telegram-desktop-4.8.1-2.fc38.x86_64 from @System requires
libQt6Gui.so.6(Qt_6_PRIVATE_API)(64bit), but none of the providers can be
installed
  - package telegram-desktop-4.8.1-2.fc38.x86_64 from @System requires
libQt6Widgets.so.6(Qt_6_PRIVATE_API)(64bit), but none of the providers can be
installed
  - package telegram-desktop-4.8.1-2.fc38.x86_64 from rpmfusion-free-updates
requires libQt6Gui.so.6(Qt_6_PRIVATE_API)(64bit), but none of the providers can
be installed
  - package telegram-desktop-4.8.1-2.fc38.x86_64 from rpmfusion-free-updates
requires libQt6Widgets.so.6(Qt_6_PRIVATE_API)(64bit), but none of the providers
can be installed
  - cannot install both qt6-qtbase-gui-6.5.1-1.fc38.x86_64 from updates and
qt6-qtbase-gui-6.5.0-2.fc38.x86_64 from @System
  - cannot install both qt6-qtbase-gui-6.5.1-1.fc38.x86_64 from updates and
qt6-qtbase-gui-6.4.3-1.fc38.x86_64 from fedora
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package
qt6-qtbase-gui-6.5.0-2.fc38.x86_64

The system is permanently updated and should therefor be actual.
How to solve this problem(s)?
