I do not know what you are trying to do, and do not understand what you are
saying. Also you may want to give a shorter subject.
However the above three attempts at mounting are incorrect.
'mount -a' asks to mount everything in /etc/fstab and does not expect
the arguments you give.
'mount -o' requires an option, for example 'mount -o ro' will do a
read-only mount.
Maybe you want a plain (rw) mount like
sudo mount /dev/sda5 /boot/efi
Assuming /dev/sda5 contains the relevant EFI directory.
