The domain is currently taken. It is in a pending-delete state. If someone knows how to place an order for the domain in that state with OpenSRS, then I would be happy to do it using my Reseller account. (That's assuming it is not renewed). Once the FOSS world regains control, we can gift it to a group like FSF to manage.
