Hi Angelo.  I wish I was able to say I have a solution, but I have been 
experiencing the same symptoms on Fedora 37 and Fedora 38 with my Intel Nuc 
systems: NUC7i7BNB.  I have not been able to reliably reproduce the issue 
either -- it happens about 50% of the time.

I'm currently using systemd-253.2-1.fc38.x86_64
