I just updated the Web service guide and its troubleshooting section. The URL is still the same. Sorry for the delay, the issue has proven in systematic testing to be even more complicated than we previously knew.
The guide is not yet completed, I’ll work on it over the next days as my time budget allows. And thanks for all the comments. I’ll include it in further testing and versions. Of course, in case on any difficulties with the proposed fixes, please ask again and I’ll happy to help to make it work.
