I see in the changelog for kernel 6.1.7 that several NFS-related bugs have been fixed (see https://cdn.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v6.x/ChangeLog-6.1.7). This includes some reference counting bugs, which could be the cause of the problem you are having.
