We just tripped over this on a test-system as well. The problem isn't
enscript, the problem is that the metalink for F35 is missing. Every other
release I've tried works, it's *just* F35.  Replace the "35" up there with
"34" (or 20, say), and you'll get a list-or-mirrors.

You  could replace the metalink= in fedora.updates to point to a specific
F35-repo, and you'd prob be fine.

I'm not sure where to report the problem. Yes, F35 is EOL - but the
metalink for it returning 404 implies something is Not Right in the
infrastructure somewhere?
