Hi guys

Since f37 (upgrade from f36) I do not get 'dates' in/from Nautilus - you know, in 'Preferences -> Grid View Captions' one can tell Nautilus what 'date' to show in Second and/or Third.
Anybody else could please confirm this?
Mine shows only names & sizes.

I  do not remember if there ever was a date option.
But you do have the options Accessed, Created, Modified.
Is this not sufficient for your needs?  And what would 'date' signify?

AV

Was I really that vague? gee..
Having those set in 'Preferences' Nautilus/Files does not show/display them - does that make sense?
thanks, L

Sorry I was also a bit terse. There is also the message:
'More information will appear when zooming closer'
In my case this is reasonable otherwise it would be almost unread-ably small
at least for my eyes.

AV
The same settings in previous Fedora version did not need any further "zooming". It did not decrease the size of the font neither, just broke line(s) resulting in more/extra line showing data/time. At this point, the way it works is.. well, ridiculous. In order to get all three fields/info, one must go into almost nonsensical zoom/icon size. I wonder if this "misbehavior" depends on something and if it is somehow configurable, controllable.

many thanks,, L.
