Something wrong with btrfs filesystem mkswap.  If I do it the old-fashioned
way:

# truncate -s 0 swapfile# chattr +C swapfile# fallocate -l 2G
swapfile# chmod 0600 swapfile# mkswap swapfile# swapon swapfile

It works correctly
