Off-topic... We host a free/open source project at IONOS
(https://www.ionos.com/). We got an entire VM for $2.00 USD per month.
It's a low-end VM, but it fits our needs to run a web site with static
pages and a wiki (typical LAMP stack). We splurged and got the 4GB
RAM+swap file for another $1.00 month.
