I don't have similar hardware, so though I am not experiencing any issue, it is not very relevant. I don't have any incisive insight into your problem, but I offer some general suggestions. Have you looked at dmesg to see if the kernel puts out any message when this happens? Maybe try installing the debug information for the kernel, so it gives out more extensive messages. I don't know if SSD drives have internal error checking, but you could try running smartctl to see if there are problems in the segment of the drive you are using for fedora. The other thing is that fedora now defaults to btrfs, and perhaps you have hit an obscure error.
