Not to try to one-up you, but I once saw a tech support rep that had about a dozen things open, all maximized. Instead of looking at the taskbar to find the one he needed, he was minimizing them one by one until he found the right one. I didn't say a word, just walked away, happy that I wasn't in management and didn't have to try to teach him the easy way.
