Where would I find pipewire-pulseaudio-0.3.29-1.fc36?

What I tried was 'dnf downgrade pipewire' and it downgraded to
pipewire-0.3.49-1.fc36 along with some other pipewire-* packages. I
rebooted but it didn't change anything.

I think I will try downgrading firmware next.
