Fedora requires some effort to avoid editing legacy scripts and makefiles (that are shared with other users so need to work across multiple platforms). I created a /usr/local/gm/bin directory with a bunch of links to "all.sh": that has "exec /usr/bin/gm ...". and use environment modules to add the new gm/bin directory to the path when needed. -- George N.
