To summarize. I can boot if I comment the encrypted partitions in the /etc/fstab. The boot process is stopped when I uncomment these partitions. The boot process seems waiting for the paraphrase, except that it does not offer me the option to enter this paraphrase. The /etc/crypttab has been set
