The values the kernel was configured with are in
/boot/config-<version>. If I understand your question correctly, you
are looking for CONFIG_NR_CPUS, which is 8192 on my machine.
Thanks Jerry, I checked that file and mine is the same as yours, so I
don't need to modify the kernel to use all 16 cores/32 channels for my cpu.
