It seems to be tangentially needed by steam so erasing the package could
have unwanted side effects...

$ sudo dnf --assumeno erase lilv.i686 | grep steam
 steam                            i686    1.0.0.74-2.fc35
@rpmfusion-nonfree-updates  3.5 M
 steam-devices                    i686    1.0.0.74-2.fc35
@rpmfusion-nonfree-updates   19 k
