That article is 5 years old. Evolution has had around 10 major version releases since then. Furthermore, the article simply makes a bald assertion that Evolution is not as good an IMAP client as Thunderbird, without any supporting arguments or data. To cap it all, Geary is described without any reference to IMAP.
