I used livecd-iso-to-disk ... Fedora-Workstation-Live-x86_64-35-1.2.iso
/dev/sdb1
but it didn't show up in my Dell desktop's list of boot devices.
Fedora Media Writer did produce a UEFI bootable USB "key".  I haven't had
time
to examine the differences between the two.
