Your output is the same as mine, except that I had the 'kde- settings-pulseaudio', 'pipewire0.2-libs' and 'pulseaudio-utils' packages installed as well. I have now removed them, but that made no difference.
I'll check further in logs to see if there are any errors/warnings, otherwise I may see if I can revert back to just pulseaudio.
