I don't have an F35 system to check, but on an F34 system I looked at, it only gave me the rpmfusion.org option, no flatpack that I can see.

But check Thunderbird, also only Flatpack sources, RPM is not there.

There's a bug in the Thunderbird packaging. The rpm appdata and the flatpack have different ids, so it shows up twice in the list. One for the flatpack and one for the rpm, so you have to pick the right one, there's no drop-down selection.
