Hi,
I got the following messages from a sudo dnf upgrade. Are they indicating
that the indicated files need to be updated at the Fedora end?
/usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/kdm.conf:1: Line references path below legacy directory
/var/run/, updating /var/run/kdm/ → /run/kdm/; please update the tmpfiles.d/
drop-in file accordingly.
/usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/kdm.conf:2: Line references path below legacy directory
/var/run/, updating /var/run/xdmctl → /run/xdmctl; please update the tmpfile
s.d/ drop-in file accordingly.
Do you actually use kdm as your display manager? I'm pretty sure it has been
depreciated and going forward sddm will
fully replace it. I've not used kdm in a long time and don't know how well it
is maintained.
You can run "systemctl status display-manager" to verify what DM you're using.
If it is not kdm, I would "sudo dnf erase kdm".

On Facebook it is called Vaguebooking.
