What do these mean and how can they be fixed?

Been there for a while, not to worry, not something you can "fix".

It tells the packager to stop using files in legacy /var/run/... and instead
use /run/....

The specific complain here says that the file
        /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/kdm.conf
says
        d /var/run/kdm/ 0711 root root -
        d /var/run/xdmctl 0711 root root -
but should be
        d /run/kdm/ 0711 root root -
        d /run/xdmctl 0711 root root -
but you should not change it, wait for the package to be corrected in an update.
