Sorry for the confusion in my recent post.      Fedora 34 WS along with
Gnome 40 ships with
the "Compose Key" disabled.      I chose to enable it, following Mr.
Miller's advice from a
previous post ( related to Gnome 40 Tweaks ) and his suggestion,
to set the CAPS-Lock Key as the Compose Key.

I have not figured out yet how to use either the CAPS-Lock Key,  nor a
Compose Key.

My keyboard is a ROCCAT ISKU, so I may have to download some driver off
of COPR.   At the moment, all that is above my computering skills.      But
I will put it on
my long list of things to learn.

Otherwise, my first day with Gnome 40.0 ( the latest update, 40.0-1, and
40.0-2 ), is going smoothly.

Thank you Gnome 40 folks, and fc34 folks, etc.

Below is just some feedback and might be of interest to someone not yet
familiar with Fedora 34 Beta.
