not seen on my box during "sudo dnf update" today installing 5.10.11-200, but
weeks ago on another box

I would check the size of /boot/initramfs-5.10.11-200.fc33.x86_64.img and
compare it with the one from kernel 5.10.10.
same size should indicate: okay

I slightly remember a statement on this(?) list (Dec or Jan ?) where the error
message was declared as harmless and I mean a bug report was filled...

dracut-install is a script:
more /usr/lib/kernel/install.d/50-dracut.install

from package dracut : rpm -ql dracut|grep install
