Thanks Colin, I checked out that link and it is similar but not quite
the same. I don't believe I'm even getting that far. When selecting
online accounts I was expecting it to show a list of supported account
types to select from the same as it does in the Online Account section
of the install process, and once you select an account type I was
expecting it to prompt for credentials. My issue is I don't even get
that far, I don't get the list of supported account types after clicking
on the Add Account button, let alone a prompt for credentials.
