The bug still persists. I am on Fedora 32 and just upgraded to the latest 5.8 kernel.
I am still getting the error of my swap file being failed to be activated, and as a result I have no swap space after boot. I use a swap file and not a swap partition. This problem is carried over from the 5.7 kernel, I reported it over here. It still exists in the 5.8 kernel. How do I activate my swap file ? Is there some sort of work around ? -- Regards, Sreyan Chakravarty
