It's not there yet. It will get added after you run the command. And
Chris is right, I forgot about the backslashes. Open the Terminal
program and run the following command (copy and paste):
sudo efibootmgr -c -w -L Fedora -d /dev/sdb -p 2 -l
'\EFI\fedora\shimx64.efi'
