You may be able to use a Machine Owner Key (MOK). See https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Fedora/23/html/System_Administrators_Guide/sect-enrolling-public-key-on-target-system.html This process worked for me in Fedora 32 and is the same for other distros. https://wiki.debian.org/SecureBoot#MOK_-_Machine_Owner_Key might be useful. -- George N.
