ok. You have some piece of hw that is losing its mind and constantly interrupting the machine, cpu2 is the one processing this interrupt. Last time I saw this is was a bad motherboard.
cat /proc/interrupts ; sleep 10 ; cat /proc/interrupts And we might be able to tell what device is doing it. If it is a non-critical device you might be able to reset it and get it to behave for a while.
