The kvm and virt manager tools work fine on fedora right from the repos. I have a Windows 10 kvm running for stuff I have to run on windows. The only problem (which isn't a problem for me with my use) is that 3D graphics don't work on KVM VMs. You can google various projects to implement 3D support, but none of them seem to be ready for prime time.
